Items cannot be returned to ipanemastore.com.ph unless the item has damage/s caused by factory defects, i.e., not resulting from handling or shipping. Damaged products must be brought to info@ipanemastore.com.ph attention within 3 business days upon receipt through phone or email. The customer can then either replace this or be granted with a refund.

IPANEMA STORE PHILIPPINES generally does not accept order cancellations upon the order and payment confirmation. Exceptions, however, include the following:

1. Incidence of double orders
If, by any chance, you made the error of confirming your order twice, we will cancel the other payment and credit the amount back to your account. Simply bring this to our attention through emailing info@ipanemastore.com.ph.

2. Order is out of stock
If the ordered item is suddenly out of stock, you will be notified in the possible delay of your shipment. In this case, you have the option of waiting for your order or canceling it instead.
