| Do you have a return and exchange policy? |
Items cannot be returned to ipanemastore.com.ph unless the item has damage/s caused by factory defects, i.e., not resulting from handling or shipping. Damaged product must be brought to info@ipanemastore.com.ph attention within 3 business days upon receipt through phone or email. The customer can then either replace this or be granted with a refund.

| Can I track my orders? |
ipanemastore.com.ph does not currently carry this feature. There are, however, plans to implement this in the near future.

| How can I pay for my purchases? |
| ipanemastore.com.ph uses the PayEasy Online Payment System which allows customers to pay using any of the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International, Discover), MegaLink and BancNet ATM cards, Globe G-Cash, Smart Money, and PayPal. | How long do I have to wait for my purchase? |
ipanemastore.com.ph commits to a delivery period of at most five (5) business days for areas within coverage in the Philippines upon order and payment confirmation. Areas out of coverage are subject to higher shipping rates and a longer delivery time. International shipping will take four to six weeks. Click here for more information on shipping and delivery coverage. In case of natural disasters, calamities, and adverse weather conditions when shipment delivery may take longer, customers will be notified through email.

| Can I cancel my order/s? |
ipanemastore.com.ph generally does not accept order cancellations upon the order and payment confirmation. Exceptions, however, include the following:
1. Incidence of double orders
If, by any chance, you made the error of confirming your order twice, we will cancel the other payment and credit the amount back to your account. Simply bring this to our attention through emailing info@ipanemastore.com.ph.
2. Order is out of stock
If the ordered item is suddenly out of stock, you will be notified in the possible delay of your shipment. In this case, you have the option of waiting for your order or canceling it instead.

| Can I order products that are not available on your catalog? |
You can inquire for unavailable product titles through email (info@ipanemastore.com.ph). We will immediately respond to you regarding the availability of your inquired product. If it is available, you can purchase it through ipanemastore.com.ph.

| How much does shipping cost? |
The cost of shipping depends on the location of the delivery address and the weight of the products you ordered. The minimum shipping cost is Php110.00 for packages that are at most 1 kilo and whose delivery address is within Metro Manila.
